COLOR FLAKE

QUARTZ

SOLID COLOR

METALLIC

Color Flake- A timeless, durable system with a fast installation time. A great system when a decorative floor is desired that is reasonable on the budget. Flakes are also great at hiding imperfections in well-worn floors.

Quartz- This floor is the ultimate in durability. One or multiple layers of quartz sand are embedded in an epoxy or polyaspartic coating. A great non-slip coating for heavy commercial or industrial use.

Solid Color- A strong, easy to clean floor that has very clean look. Durability can be tailored anywhere from a single coat of primer to a multiple layer floor with 100% Solids Epoxy and a Polyurethane top coat.

Metallic- A floor that is both beautiful and durable. These floors are extremely thick and will outlast most other flooring options with almost no maintenance. They are truly a showpiece and are great for retail spaces, offices, cafeterias, stadiums or anywhere a floor is needed that must look good and be able to take a beating.

Urethane Cement- A mix of polyurethane and Portland cement. This floor has extremely high strength, chemical and heat resistance. It is applied at 1/8th to 1/4 inch thick, typically with a broadcast media of quartz sand. This floor is extremely quick setting and is tolerant of surfaces that have moisture issues.

OUR PROCESS

PRICE ESTIMATE AND SCHEDULING

We will visit your site, show you extensive samples, verify your options, pricing and discuss any questions you have.

SURFACE PREPARATION

We use only the best equipment and preparation methods. Steel shot blasting is the preferred way to prepare a surface for the thick coatings we use on every job.  The process is industry standard for high-performance coatings and virtually dust free.

Other contractors may use concrete grinders for the thinner coatings they use, however this will produce a less durable coating. Some “contractors” will also try to acid etch, which is a cheap, low success gamble at best, despite their claims.

EPOXY APPLICATION

Installation is typically a 2-3 day process for most jobs. We use a combination of epoxies, polyurethanes and polyaspartics depending on which layer of coating and also the performance characteristics you want to achieve for the final product.

Some installers will offer a one-day process because it is cheaper for them, however this typically forces them to make compromises in the characteristics of the coating.
